She grew up in Hampshire. She loves The Beatles AND Stravinsky. She is an extraordinary musician, improviser and composer. Trumpet player Laura Jurd is back with music from her fourth album as band leader.
Celtic folk traditions, the blues and a sprinkling of alt-rock influence Laura’s distinctive sound. A brass-fuelled, party band of instrumentalists join her to bring this colourful new music to life.
