Situational Leadership (SLII) for Programme Leads (in-person)

Workshop Outline:
This active workshop is aimed at Programme Leads (including Directors of Programmes) and will introduce the Situational Leadership model (SLII) in the context of the Programme Leads role. Participants will explore a range of scenarios relating to the Programme Leads role using the SLII model to effectively tailor their leadership depending on the task, levels of experience, and motivation. Please note: although this is based on the training for line managers, participants do not need to be line managers to attend. Participants should have a Programme Lead role (such as Programme Leader or Director of Programmes) to attend this training.
Learning Outcomes:
· Understand the basics of the Situational Leadership (SLII) model
· Develop self-awareness of your preferred leadership style
· Apply the SLII model to common leadership tasks relating to the Programme Lead role and flex your leadership style depending on the situation
