This workshop is suitable for academics working on medical devices technologies, and professional services staff supporting them. The workshop is designed to support researchers in understanding the regulatory landscape for medical devices and software in the following ways:
Identify if their device / digital health solution is a medical device.
Classify a medical device according to the Medical Device Regulation (EU) risk levels.
Identify the requirements that medical devices need to conform to
Strengthen your funding proposal by incorporating regulatory considerations
