Annual Technician's Conference

The Technician’s Conference is a must-attend event for all technicians. It’s a platform to celebrate excellence, recognise outstanding contributions through the Technician of the Year awards, and hear from key speakers, including Nikolay Ogryzko, Talent Programme Manager at UKRI. Join us to explore the People, Culture, Environment (PCE) assessment element of REF2029. We’ll delve into its impact on Technical and Experimental staff and the opportunities it provides.
The afternoon will be comprised of a series of workshops covering topics such as career progression, grant funding, fellowship application support, and sustainability in labs.
