Characterisation (nCATS)

The facilities capabilities include: Optical microscopy and image analysis with measurement of surface properties (Alicona). AFM for topography and mechanical characterisation of surfaces; imaging modes: contact, non-contact, current sensing, dynamic lateral force and force modualtion. RAMAN Mircroscopy, ZETA APS for particle characterisation.
